Yes. We pre-wire for ceiling fans and string lighting during the build. If you want an outlet or hardwired light fixtures, we rough-in the conduit and boxes — you hire your electrician to pull the line from the panel. This is the cleanest approach and keeps things permit-compliant.

The most common size is 14×16 to 16×20, which covers a dining table and chairs with room for people to walk around. We measure your space during the estimate walk-through and show you on paper how different dimensions will feel before we quote.
